Shipping Policy

1. All our orders are custom-made, so it generally takes 1-3 weeks to be shipped, depending on the availability of the product.

2. If you require an urgent order, please contact us at +91-9830682827. The production period of urgent orders will be at the discretion of Adiba.

3. After being shipped, all orders generally take 2-4 working days to be delivered. We have tie-ups with different courier companies for delivery depending on the pin-code. In some cases, orders may be shipped via India Post, which may take 5-7 days for delivery due to inaccessible pin codes.

4. All our products undergo quality checks and are manually inspected in detail before shipping.

5. If you receive a shipment that is tampered or opened at the time of delivery, please inform us within 48 hours and provide a picture sent via email to adibajodhpur@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91-9830682827. Please ship the unused product back to us at the following address:

Attach the invoice of the garment once you ship back the order. Once received at our office, the order will undergo a quality check. If the item fails to meet our quality standards, we will not accept a return/exchange, and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

In the case of a return of the tampered parcel after going through quality control, a credit will be processed via email for the same amount paid by the customer at the time of checkout.
